SIBLING WORKSHOPS are designed specifically for brothers and sisters of children who have special needs. They offer opportunities for children to meet other brothers and sisters in a casual atmosphere with therapeutic and recreational opportunities. These specialized workshops provide a chance for children to share stories, feelings, concerns and experiences with peers who truly understand the ups and downs of life with a sibling with special needs

Paperwork & Funding - General Information Workshop

For parents/caregivers, community and therapists supporting children/youth, of all ages, with disabilities.

What to Expect:

Do you know what financial resources are available for your child or youth with a disability?  

Do you have funding paperwork that you need to complete for your child or youth with a disability?  

Join this in-person workshop to learn more about various financial resources that your child or youth with a disability may qualify for. The workshop will be facilitated by various staff from TVCC and Community Living London who will offer support, tips, and strategies for filling out the funding forms related to a child/youth with a disability.

We will be discussing applications such as Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD), Special Services at home (SSAH), Disability Tax Credit (DTC), Easter Seals Incontinence Supplies Grant Program, Ontario Autism Program (OAP), and more.
