Facilitating Your Independence (F.Y.I)
All participants will have a goal to increase their independence in the community and the ability to achieve it with support.
One to one support will be provided to connect people to their community and to navigate how to access activities and opportunities of interest to them including;
- Learning the bus systems
- Volunteering
- Budgeting
- Cooking/shopping
- Leisure activities

Connecting people 18+ with a developmental disability to their community.
Description:
Supporting people to develop skills for independent involvement in their community.
People can access services through Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) or purchasing service using Passport or person funds.
